FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to welding field, particularly to hanging equipment for upset welding of rails. Machinery contains immovable casing and installed on two guides movable casing. On immovable casing there are located two transformers and two hydraulic actuators of upset, rods of which are located with providing of impact on movable casing. In movable and immovable casings there are located by two force levers with hydraulic actuators of clip and by two electrode levers with fixed on bottom ends electrodes with current contact jaws. Electrodes are implemented as self-aligned by rail web. Into top end of each electrode lever it is installed bumper, implemented with ability of interaction with each force lever through installed rest into top end of each. In movable and immovable casings between force and electrode levers it is installed mechanism, containing axis, slider, guide ways and levers connected with force levers.

EFFECT: there is increased quality of welded joint ensured by stable abutment of electrodes to rail web and increasing of accuracy of alignment.
