FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for contact butt welding of blades and rails in stationary conditions. Settling hydraulic cylinders, fixed housing and movable housing moving along guides are fixed on the post. Welding transformers are installed in fixed housing. Inlet and outlet lifting rollers have two upper positions for entry into machine and exit of welded rail or blade. Internal housing of the fixed housing is installed with the possibility of horizontal movement, and the internal housing of the movable housing is installed with the possibility of vertical movement. Inner housings accommodate sliders coupled with rail clamping hydraulic cylinder rods. Lower electrodes are fixed. Extreme lower support in fixed housing is made as quick-detachable and equipped with replaceable spacer.

EFFECT: machine provides welding of both blades and rails with obtaining of welded joint of high quality at simplification of operational maintenance and improvement of repairability of welding equipment.
