FIELD: mechanic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to pipeline valves and designed for installation in process lines of gas fields to shut off and control flow rate of transferred medium. There are two gates connected to driven rod in globe valve body with inlets and outlets. The first gate is in the form of rod with piston provided with holes and sealing surface. The second gate is a stepped bushing with sealing surface surrounding piston. Bushing is installed so that it can be displaced along axis and fixed at both ends. The first gate is situated in axial alignment to a seat with sealing surface and sealing element. The second gate can be displaced by piston in axial pin direction from sealing seat surface. Sealing surface of pin piston interacts with sealing element in its lowermost position. Sealing surface of stepped bushing interacts with sealing seat surface. The first gate is a globe-type gate with hollow profiled ram stretching to sealing surface and located in the seat till sealing element and in the direction of medium flow. Outer ram diameter is mated with inner seat diameter. The second gate is a shut-off gate. Outer gate stages are mated with stages inside valve body.
EFFECT: simplification of design; improvement of reliability and increase of valve operation durability.
