FIELD: mechanic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the technique of disperse materials drying and can be used in microbiological, food and chemical and other industries. Dryer for solutions and suspensions consists of a body where pneumatic injector for solutions and suspensions supply is situated. Injector is enclosed into cylindrical cup. Solutions and suspensions are sprayed under furnace gases effect at 900°C of temperature. As a result, drying material grains fall onto gas-distributing lattice and are dried-out in fluidised bed created by coolant, which is supplied to the lower part of the body under lattice at temperature to 200°C. Lower part of the body is separated from conical part of gas-distributing lattice by means of a cup with perforated bottom through which the coolant is supplied at temperature to 200°C. According to invention, injector is acoustic and coolant is removed through collector represented as a ring covering perforated part of cylindrical cup. Coolant is removed to trapping system consisting of acoustic unit, cyclone and sleeve filter.
EFFECT: improvement of drying efficiency.
