FIELD: mechanic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technique of disperse materials drying in fluidised bed and can be used in dye-making and dye-using industries as well as in food, pharmaceutical, microbiological, chemical and other industries. Fluidised-bed dryer with passive nozzle consists of a body made of cylindrical and conical parts. Dryer body includes gas-distributing lattice and solution and coolant supply system. In addition, the system contains inert body and chisel to remove inert bodies. Chisel is a perforated grate fixed to the place where cylindrical part joins conical part. At least, two nozzles are located on the side surface of conical part. High temperature coolant is supplied to those nozzles. Tangential position of nozzles with regard to body creates swivel flow of inert bodies. Gas-distributing lattice includes pneumatic acoustic injectors inserted into nozzles to be supplied with high temperature coolant. Dryer lid is also provided with pneumatic acoustic injectors inserted into nozzles for high temperature coolant. Nozzles are enclosed into cooling casing and calibrated hole is provided in grate to discharge dried granules. Trapping system is located in the lower part of the body and includes acoustic unit where acoustic sintering of small particles takes place, cyclone and sleeve filter with spout. Injectors are acoustic and include resonator in the shape of at least one spherical void located in the end wall of the body. End wall is directed to distributing head and spherical void is connected with clearance by means of calibrated hole. Clearance is located between vertical hole in end wall of the body and distributing head rod. It has annular cross-section and distributing head is in the shape of the body with lid represented by flattened cone combined by large foundations. There is a collector in the shape of cylindrical void with annular channel resulting from a combination of external cylindrical surface of hollow rod and coaxial holes with similar diameters made in lid and body of distributing head respectively. Distributing head body is provided with at least, three circular channels for solution discharge being perpendicular to rod axis. Edge of hole is located on conical surface of distributing head lid and pitch angle of lid determines rooted angle of sprayed solution jet.
EFFECT: improvement of drying efficiency.
