FIELD: error compensation methods.
SUBSTANCE: coriolis gyroscope (1'), wherein appropriate disturbance forces are applied to a resonator (2) so that at least one natural oscillation of said resonator (2) is stimulated that differs from the stimulating and read oscillations of the resonator (2). A change in a read signal, which represents the read oscillations and results from the stimulation of the at least one natural oscillation, is determined as a measure of the zero error.
EFFECT: improving the gyroscope accuracy.
