FIELD: analytical chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method is carried out with the help of a piezo-quartz immunosensor. The sample containing a chloroacetenilide hybrid is treated with acetonitile in the presence of a ammonium sulphate and a fixed quantity of an antibody in a phosphate buffer (pH 7.1 - 7.5) is added. The sample is then put on the surface of the sensor with a coating on a chloroacetenilide-protein conjugate diameter base, and then the change in the frequency of oscillation of the sensor is recorded, with interaction of the chloroacetenilide-protein conjugate diameter with the antibodies to the chloroacetenilide hybrid, relative the comparison sensor with a receptor layer on a protein base. The analytical signal is inversely proportional to the concentration of the chloroacetenilide hybrid in the sample. To carry out the next determinations, the receptor layer should be regenerated by putting a solution of potassium thiocyanate on its surface, providing for repeated use of the sensor.

EFFECT: increased sensitivity and selectiveness, as well as faster analysis.
