FIELD: metering devices.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of microwave generator, metering device of complex reflection factor, frequency meter, coaxial cavity resonator and sample of measured material. Coaxial cavity resonator is made short-circuited in the end, besides, the central conductor is made from measured low impedance material, and the central conductor made of metal is used as reference.

EFFECT: expansion of frequency measurement range, increase of precision of measurement information about complex inductive capacity of high absorber materials, which simultaneously have high values of inductive capacity e and tangent of dielectric loss angle.
