SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of image sequence coding into a bit stream, in which parameters are defined in a parameter set and each image contains information about one or several sections. The method contains a definition of parameters in the set of sequence parameter; a definition of parameters in the set of image parameters, and a definition of at least one image parameter in the section title. The image parameter remains unchanged at least in all section titles of the same image.
EFFECT: increase in compression efficiency during parameter transmission.
