FIELD: medicine; medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: semiconductor thermoelectric device for diagnostics and treatment of cavitary organs comprises body with heat-transmitting segment designed in thermal contact with working seals of thermoelectric modules with support seals in thermal contact with heat exchanger edges connected to external thermoregulating unit. Heat-transmitting segments are heat-insulated, and heat exchanger is octagonal external tube made of high heat-conductive material and mounted circular-section internal tube with low thermal conductivity. Semiconductor thermoelectric devices are PC connected with multi-channel power unit, connected to each thermoelectric module by independent channel.
EFFECT: enables to widen range of devices for diagnostics and treatment of cavitary organs.
