FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: device contains segmented construction, each segment of which has curved heat-eliminating rib and liquid heat-exchanger. Each heat-eliminating rib represents heat pipe, whose cavity has layer of capillary-porous material and is filled with heat-carrier, has titanium coating and is provided with eyes with holes on lateral faces of rib, located with possibility of passing through them of rod for drawing segments together. System of changing temperature of each heat-eliminating rib consists of semiconductor thermoelectric unit, located in straight part of heat-eliminating rib. In curvilinearly bent part of heat-eliminating rib located is thermocouple connected to inlet of control unit, whose outlet is connected with current source, feeding semi-conductor electric units.
EFFECT: application of invention allows to increase accuracy of task and regulation of heat-eliminating rib temperature in process of operative intervention.
