FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: atriums are affected with intraoperative transesophagus electric cardiostimulation at impulse frequency 45 to 60 pulses per minute in asynchronous mode with pulse characteristics: amplitude 12-16 mA, duration 10 ms, during whole anaesthetic action in postoperative period. In case of supraventricular heart rate disorder additional frequency to 120 pulses per minute is applied until cardiodynamic characteristics stabilises.
EFFECT: offered method enables to perform intraoperative correction of hemodynamic supraventricular arrhythmia and to prevent development of critical bradycardia and unfavourable anaesthesia termination.
