FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: in order to obtain the property of high electric conductivity the substance - electron donor - is physically introduced in the internal channel of tube, and in order to achieve semi-conduction properties the substance - electron acceptor - is physically introduced, besides, the process of capillary introduction is executed at the pressure that is lower that atmospheric pressure and at temperature that exceeds the melt temperature of the corresponding introduced substance by at least 2 K. As carbon nanotubes single-wall or double-wall carbon nanotubes are used with metal or semi-conductor type of conductivity and with any vector of convolution. Introduction of substance into internal channel is executed by method of capillary introduction from the substance melt. As substance-electron donor, for instance, iodine copper, fluorine tin are used, and as substance-electron acceptor, for instance, iodine silver, elemental sulphur are used.
EFFECT: prepared nanocomposites possess the electrophysical parameters required in industry.
