SUBSTANCE: method includes introduction of carbon nano-particles into optically transparent matrix environment in amount of 0,1-1,0 mass.% as a sensitizing admixture, while carbon nano-particles are preliminarily processed with gas plasma at electromagnetic frequency of 0,44-40MHz and at power of electric charge of 0,01-0,1 Wt/cm3 in an environment of inorganic gas or mixture of inorganic gases with pressure of 0,1-1,13 Torr during 200-700 seconds. Nonlinear limiter of laser radiation comprises optically transparent matrix environment, wherein aforementioned carbon nano-particles are dispersed.
EFFECT: increased degree of limiting of close infrared range of spectrum.
