FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to processing of waste oil products. The method includes process of preliminary dehydration and stripping of raw material, thermal cracking of initial raw material in the cracking reactor with separation of vapour products from heavy fraction, condensation of vapour products, condensate separation into low- and high-boiling fractions, thereafter low-boiling fractions are condensed and from the obtained water-petrol mixture water is separated by settling, and further the above water is treated. At that heating of the initial raw material for dehydration and stripping is made by recuperation of heat generated at condensation of thermal cracking vapour products.
EFFECT: method allows processing of waste oil products with high water content at simultaneous productivity increase, reduced power costs for dehydration and stripping of raw material and obtaining the target product with high yield.
