FIELD: rocket manufacturing.
SUBSTANCE: solid-propellant rocket engine case made from composite materials incorporates a cocoon-type reinforced shell made by a continuous winding, a wound shall of the second cocoon and flat cables of the rocket electrical system wound into the intercocoon space. The second cocoon shell cross-section is arranged so that two opposite sectors with an opening angle a not exceeding 135° feature, each of them, a radius of curvature larger than that of the other two opposite sectors by the flat cable thickness magnitude. The rocket electrical system flat cables are grouped on the reinforced shell surface inside the larger radius sectors.
EFFECT: shock-free launching of rocket from the silo with the rocket solid-propellant ullage and weight unchanged.
