FIELD: mechanics; valves production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline valves and is designed to control the flow of media being transported. The control device body has an inlet and outlet, a flat shutter with a hole coupled to the drive rod and an insert arranged on the control device seat. The flat shutter and the insert are fitted in between the two L-like guides. A flow separator is arranged coaxial with the through hole. The flow separator is a short cylinder with through holes. The total holes section area is not smaller than that of the seat hole. A spherical element is provided in the flow separator on the seat side. The invention allows reducing the noise, increasing reliability and service life of the control device.
