FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline valves and fittings and is designed to be mounted at the petroleum and gas condensate fields in-situ to regulate the transported medium flows. The regulating device comprises a body with inlet and outlet channels and the seat through hole. The body houses a flat gate with a hole coupled with the drive rod and an insert. An identical seat housing a flat gate with a hole connected with the drive rod is arranged aligned with it and behind the seat. The drive is arranged in symmetry between the rods and furnished with an additional rod coupled, via a lever, with the drive rod to be simultaneously driven. A closed-type cylinder making a flow divider is arranged aligned with the through hole, behind every seat, to form a space. The said cylinder has, on the seat side, an internal semi-sphere with radial holes. The cylinder other side represents a perforated sleeve. The sleeve holes communicate with the radial holes via the said space. The total area of the perforated sleeve holes is not less than the total area of radial holes that, in its turn, is not less than the seat through hole area.
EFFECT: lower noise, higher reliability and longer life of regulating device.
