FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat-power engineering and can be used in hot water boilers. Boiler comprises a vertically placed shell with circular furnace and internal convection chamber enveloped by the circular furnace and connected to it; a circular burner, installed in the boiler bottom at the area of circular furnace; smoke stack; supply and discharge headers, placed respectively at the boiler bottom and at the boiler cover; and heating surfaces connected to supply and discharge headers and comprising the water-cooled part and convective part, located respectively in the circular furnace and in the internal convection chamber. Besides, the boiler is equipped with a cylindrical baffle, placed between the circular furnace and internal convection chamber, connected to it via the annular gap, formed by the cylindrical baffle and boiler cover. Smoke stack is located in the internal convection chamber and connected to it via a ring hole formed by the smoke stack and boiler bottom. Water-cooled part is formed by sections; every section is made as a spiral tube, inlet of which is connected to the first intermediate pipe, outlet of which is connected to the second intermediate pipe; the spiral tube itself adjoins the internal surface of the boiler shell. Convective part is formed by the internal and external sections; every section is made as a spiral tube, inlet of which is connected to the third intermediate pipe, outlet of which is connected to the fourth intermediate pipe; the internal section tube is located inside the spiral of the external section tube. The first and the third intermediate pipes are connected to the supply header, while the second and the fourth intermediate pipes - to the discharge header. This design of boiler allows to enhance boiler efficiency, reliability, compactness, and to simplify its manufacture.

EFFECT: enhancement of reliability and efficiency of hot water boiler; simplification of boiler manufacture procedure.
