FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat-power engineering and can be used in hot water boilers. Boiler comprises a vertically placed shell with furnace and external convection chamber enveloping the furnace and connected to it; a burner, installed at the boiler cover at the area of furnace; an outlet; supply and discharge headers, placed respectively at the boiler bottom and at the boiler cover; and heating surfaces connected to supply and discharge headers and comprising the water-cooled part and convective part, located respectively in the furnace and in the external convection chamber. Besides, the boiler is equipped with a cylindrical baffle, placed between the furnace and external convection chamber, connected to it via the annular gap, formed by the cylindrical baffle and boiler bottom. Outlet is made in the boiler cover at the area of external convection chamber. Water-cooled part is formed by spiral tubes; inlets of which are connected to the first circular channel, outlets of which are connected to the second circular channel; the spiral tubes adjoin the internal surface of the cylindrical baffle and are made by a multistart thread principle. Convective part comprises internal section and external section enveloping the internal section. Every section is formed by spiral tubes, inlets of which are connected to the third circular channel, outlets of which are connected to the fourth circular channel; spiral tubes are made by a multistart thread principle. The first and the third circular channels are located at the boiler bottom and connected to the supply header; while the second and the fourth circular channels are located at the boiler cover and connected to the discharge header.
EFFECT: enhancement of reliability and efficiency of hot water boiler.
