FIELD: mechanics, heating.
SUBSTANCE: proposed hot-water boiler comprises a shell with hot-water furnace and outer convective chamber enveloping aforesaid furnace and communicating with it, a burner arranged in the boiler cover in the hot-water furnace, an outlet hole made in the boiler shell nearby its cover. There are also an intake and discharge manifolds arranged nearby the boiler bottom and its cover, respectively, and heating surfaces coupled with the said manifolds and including a screen and convective parts. The said parts are arranged the hot-water furnace and outer convective chamber, respectively, and representing water jackets. The outer convective chamber communicates with the hot-water furnace via a circular gap formed by the screen part water jacket and boiler bottom. Water jackets of the screen and convective parts are formed by concentrically-mounted inner and outer cylinders with spiral-shaped walls fitted there between. The convective part additionally incorporates the ribs fitted on the screen part water jacket outer cylinder and on the convective part water jacket inner cylinder.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability, ease of manufacture.
