FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to oncology and molecular biology. Method includes the following stages: tissue virgin sampling, release and purification of RNA, synthesis of single-stranded or double-stranded complementary DNA on RNA matrix, synthesis of single-stranded or double-stranded complementary DNA on RNA matrix by using of oligonucleotide primers, normalisation of complementary DNA concentration as per reference gene, quantitative or semiquantitative reaction of DAPK1gene fragment amplification by using complementary DNA, produced within stage c), as matrix and pair of gene-specified oligonucleotide primers with sequence represented SEQ ID NO: 1 and 2, comparison of amplified fragment DNA DAPK1 as reference sampled of ostensibly cancer-affected tissue with amplified fragment DNA as reference sampled of healthy tissue, where specified amplified fragment DNA reflect DAPK1 gene transcription level serves as diagnostic indicator of epidermoid lung cancer. Method of application enables to provide high-accuracy diagnostics of epidermoid lung cancer including early stages of tumour transformation progression.
EFFECT: high-accuracy diagnostics of epidermoid lung cancer.
