FIELD: medicine; oncology; molecular biology.
SUBSTANCE: to diagnose non-small cell lung carcinoma potentially cancer-affected human tissue and adjacent histologically normal tissue are tested for gene WIF1 transcription level. Lowered transcription level detected in potentially cancer-affected human tissue compared to that of adjacent histologically normal tissue is diagnostic indicator of non-small cell lung carcinoma. For realisation of polymerase chain reaction within detection of gene WIF1 transcription level, primers set of sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 and 2 is used.
EFFECT: invention application provides high-reliable diagnostics of non-small cell lung carcinoma, including squamous cell carcinoma, as well as at earliest stage of tumour transformation progression.
