FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device matching piezoacelerometer with electronic units, in particular, with the devices providing for transmission of signals in two-wire communication lines. The matching device contains the field transistor with the gate making the first input of the device and is connected to the first output of the first resistor, an additional transistor, two capacitors and an additional resistor with its first input connected to the source of the field transistor, the control electrode of the additional transistor and the first output of the second capacitor with its second output connected to the output terminal of the additional transistor which is connected to signal output of the device connected via the first capacitor to the field transistor gate. The second input of the device is its common output, and the drain of the field transistor is the signal output of the device.

EFFECT: increase of reliability of the device due to decrease in risk of overloads generated by high-frequency components and wider frequency and dynamic range.
