FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: reconfigurable amplifier comprises two identical transmission lines, one - at the inlet, the other one - at the outlet, two separating capacitors, field transistor and joined reconfigurable semiconductor instrument, elements for supply of positive DC voltage to drain of field transistor, at the same time the first end of the first separating capacitor is connected to transmission line at the inlet, and its second end and the first end of the second separating capacitor are connected to field transistor, and its second end - to transmission line at the outlet. Amplifier additionally comprises inductance, reconfigurable semiconductor instrument is represented by the second field transistor, at the same time one of inductance ends is connected to the second end of the first separating capacitor and to gate of the first field transistor, its other end - to drain of the second field transistor, drain of which is grounded, and control voltage from source of negative DC voltage is supplied to gate of the second field transistor, drain of the first field transistor is connected to end of the second separating capacitor, and its drain is grounded.

EFFECT: wider range of amplified frequencies and functional capabilities.
