SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of fish and vegetable preserved food production for space meals. Method includes hen's eggs boiling, peeling and grinding in mincer, rhubarb, green onions and potherbs freezing and grinding in mincer, fish fillet cutting, frying in melted butter and grinding in mincer, potatoes and cucumbers cutting, blanching and grinding in mincer. Specified components are mixed with sour cream, drinking water, sugar, table salt and CO2-extract of preset micromycete type biomass. Prepared mixture is packed into aluminium tubes, sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with higher assimilability.
