FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metalforming engineering, specifically to equipment for forging and press forming. The hammer contains frame, operating cylinder, accumulator and such moving parts as hammer head, rod and piston. Upper die is mounted on the hammer head. The frame includes undercylinder plate, stands on which guides for hammer head are mounted and anvil. Operating cylinder and hydropneumatic accumulator are located coaxially and united in one assembly with dividing cylinder course. Cylinder course is located between bodies of cylinder and accumulator. Operating cylinder has ports connecting its rod end with accumulator. undercylinder plate, stands and avil are tied up by columns in single pretensioned assembly from condition of nongapping when hammer is blowing.
EFFECT: increase in hammer efficiency factor, reliability and accuracy is provided.
