SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the production of coal-graphite materials. The carbon raw materials are packed into the direct graphitation furnaces in layers one after the other, parallel to the axis of the furnace in such a way that, the ends of the raw materials with high electrical resistivity are joined to the ends of materials with low electrical resistivity. The high electrical resistivity is more than 1.5 - 2.5 times the low resistivity. Between the raw materials, there are ring spacers, made from pressing thermal expanded compact graphite and stearin.
EFFECT: lesser defects of cracking of the end product.
