FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to procedure of liquid-displays manufacturing. Glass-packets with previously made cutting lines are installed in mesh trays and isolated from environment. Then they are treated with gaseous coolants with positive or negative temperatures simultaneously on all cutting lines from both sides of every glass-packet. Then again they are treated with gaseous coolant with positive temperature and heated up to temperature of environment. Device that realises suggested method includes system of local alternating temperature effect with positive and negative temperatures. System is made in the form of gaseous coolant divider with horizontal shelves, which are installed with regulated gap between them and connected with collector, which alternately interacts with heating system and cooling system. Each of shelves is made in the form of frame with packet from two horizontal plates installed in it, which are connected with spacers and equipped with slot-like openings, which are arranged opposite to glass-packet cutting lines.

EFFECT: increase of efficiency; reduction of cost; increase of quality of glass-packets division into separate liquid-crystal displays.
