FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to modular bulk-frame construction and can be used in low-rise housing construction for erection of residential houses, outbuildings, public buildings and structures. External bearing frame of building on three supports in form of spatial grid structure is made of rectilinear rib profiles interconnected by fasteners, includes floor beams, braces, roof beams and suspension, is installed as foundation on three supports, which are located in angular assemblies of lower hexagon socket with a gap through one. Lower base of the spatial latticed structure, which serves as a base for installation of floor and walls, has the form of a hexagon with six central beams, three angles of which are located one after another on supports. Each face making the lower hexagon is a triangle; at that, three of six faces one contain an internal triangle of auxiliary rods, the tops of which are fixed on the middle of the triangle ribs, which is the hexagonal face. Upper part, which is the base for the roof installation, has the shape of a hexagon with six central rays with an apex upwards, each face making the upper hexagon is a triangle. Three of the six faces one contain an inner triangle of auxiliary rods, the vertices of which are fixed on the middle of the triangle ribs, which is the hexagonal face. Floor central unit is equipped with suspension with possibility of tensile operation and load transfer to central roof assembly.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase compactness of the building in terms of plan, to reduce building area, as well as to reduce material consumption of external bearing frame.
