FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering, namely to engine building. Internal combustion engine is a two-stroke piston internal combustion engine (ICE). At the same time, the engine has an air injection system using a double-acting piston compressor with a lubrication system that delivers oil inside piston (11), driven by crankshaft (4) by means of reciprocating mechanism (15). Moreover, the engine has a piston space for filling with compressed air, and the engine cylinder has an air supply system and exhaust gas diverter system at the top and bottom. Also a double-acting reciprocating compressor is disclosed.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improving the power and environmental performance of engines, as well as improving their reliability.
