SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to forensic medical examination and pathologic anatomy. In order to carry out postmortem determination of intracranial pressure in premortal period of life, in condition of integrity of examined object, measurement of pressure of corpse's scull cavity content is performed. Pressure of corpse's scull cavity content is determined by installation of puncture needle of injectometer irrigation system into scull cavity. Obtained value is multiplied by coefficient of intracranial pressure drop, conditioned by coming of biological death, whose value is taken equal 2.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to determine intracranial pressure in premortal period.
