FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: at mixed feed preparation on a basis of microalgae Chlorella vulgaris an initial mix containing cells of microalgae Chlorella vulgaris, air and carbonic gas is input to reactor. The reactor is in regular intervals shined by a light source. Cultivation of microalgae is carried out in flowing mode with the subsequent cooling before reception of ready suspension. For microalgae Chlorella vulgaris suspension cooling during its cultivation absorption refrigerating system is used. It consists of boiler, absorber, condenser, evaporator, thermo-regulating gate, pump working on closed thermodynamic cycle. Cooling of suspension during its cultivation to temperature 18...20°C is carried out by water cooled in the evaporator of absorption system. Finished suspension is continuously taken in feed container. To reactor fresh nutrient medium from feed container is put. Received suspension is given to amalgamator where simultaneously with suspension fodder fat is given. Thus suspension is input in quantity of 8...12%, and fodder fat in quantity of 4...5% to mixed feed mass. Fat preliminary is heated to temperature 55...60°C in condenser of absorption refrigerating system. Inputting of suspension and fodder fat in the amalgamator is carried out by means of injectors available in it. Then received composition of mixed feed is directed to granulation.
EFFECT: quality improvement of mixed feed for poultry.
