FIELD: production method of food products.
SUBSTANCE: preserves "Kaklik kovurma" are prepared with cutting and frying in melted butter of quail meat, cutting and blanching of onion, tomatoes and potatoes, blanching and cutting of carrot, cutting and freezing of cilantro, mixing of the components without access of oxygen with salt and red pepper. Receive mixture is packed with bone broth, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: preserves for cosmic feeding have improved digestibility.
