SUBSTANCE: the suggested canned food deals with preparing all the recipe components due to cutting and roasting meat in grease; cutting and blanching brown onions, tomatoes, garlic, sweet pepper and potatoes; blanching and cutting carrots; cutting and freezing coriander and dill greens. Then it is necessary to mix the above-mentioned components at oxygen-free technique with common salt and hot black pepper to pack the mixture obtained and bone broth followed by sealing and sterilization. All the components should be taken at a certain ratio. The innovation enables to manufacture new canned food being of increased digestibility.
