SUBSTANCE: shin bone osteotomy is carried out 10-15 mm away from articulate surface in parallel to articulate platform above patella ligament attachment and medial lateral knee ligament. Osteotomy implies usage of oscillating saw or chisel led up to opposite cortical wall on ectocondyle of shin bone (in case of bow leg) or to medial wall (in case of valgus) without cortical bone damage. Further deformation angle is corrected by wedge base height, thus cortical plates of bone allograft or autogenous bone graft of thickness 3-5 mm and length of wedge basis are placed in wedge basis on cortical wall above and below shin bone fragments. Distance between cortical plates is 1-1.5 cm. Formed cavity is filled with wedge-shaped spongy implants of bone allograft or autogenous bone graft.
EFFECT: method prevents deformation relapse.
