FIELD: surgery.

Then the left segment crus and the common scapus of the left and middle liver veins are pinched for marking the interlobar line on the liver capsule and transection of the liver parenchyma along the omphalic fissura. Glisson's cru of the right gracile sector is pinched for the time of transection of the liver parenchyma along the interlobar rima. The IV liver segment is eliminated. Then blood flow is repaired.
EFFECT: means allows reducing hemorrhage and making the operation less traumatic.
