FIELD: medicine; traumatology.
SUBSTANCE: endoprothesis contains cup rigidly fixed in small pelvis acetabulum, head inserted into cup, covered crus, neck from joint crus to its head, casing with end support and apertures, inserted into femur channel. End support fixes casing on femur horizontal cut. Crus is placed in casing and is rotary. Casing is more long then crus. Base neck is furnished with arm and support heel, and lies on casing end support.
EFFECT: prevented bone diaphysis resorption under crus pressure.
