FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has leg, insert, head, neck, heel, casing for receiving the pedicle, and cup having ring-shaped crown cut into separate leaflets having holes for receiving screws. The pedicle has round cross-section and Teflon coating to allow the pedicle sliding relative to internal wall of the casing and rotating. The casing has widening for preventing migration inside into the femoral canal and openings to allow liquid circulating. EFFECT: prevented bone diaphysis resorption under pedicle pressure; prevented prosthesis instability. 1 dwg
