FIELD: medicine; traumatology; orthopedics; substitute for pathologically altered hip joint. SUBSTANCE: to lower probability of arising aseptic instability of prosthesis stem, proposed endoprosthesis comprises pelvic component, head piece, neck and stem. Latter has variable cross-section and is provided with longitudinal threaded channels in its upper cylindrical portion. In lower conical portion of stem these channels change into grooves, axes of which are deflected outwardly away from stem axis. Channels accommodate rods having at one end head provided with shoulder and threads, while other end of each rod is made flat and provided with sharpened feather-like tip and cutting side edges.
