FIELD: medicine, surgery, resuscitation.
SUBSTANCE: in blood plasma it is necessary to detect maximal intensity of luminol-dependent iron-induced hemiluminescence (Jmax) and light sum (S). At Jmax value during the period of 1-7 d being under 30 mV, and coefficient C calculated as the ratio of Jmax/S being under 0.056 c.u. it is possible to diagnose infected pancreonecrosis in earlier terms that enables to correct the tactics of therapy at the risk of the development of purulent complications of pancreonecrosis.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics.
