SUBSTANCE: invention concerns cross-linked foam and process of its manufacturing. The process of obtaining cross-linked foam for industrial goods involves: obtaining at least one synthetic resin- and/or rubber-based spumific material for churning of cross-linked material; spumific material processing for obtaining of flat or three-dimensional structure by suppression of cross-linked material churning; formation of at least one interface pattern on the surface of at least one spumific material with the use of at least one interface material, which prevents physical and chemical interaction between the spumific materials; and obtaining of cross-linked foam by churning of spumific material with interface pattern, so that the cross-linked foam has a structure of internal cavities. Also the invention describes a cross-linked foam obtained by the said process, containing: foam volume and at least one internal cavity structure within the foam volume, so that the foam volume and internal cavity structure are generated simultaneously.
EFFECT: obtaining cross-linked foam for industrial goods.
