Device for carbonisation 10 for the manufacture of activated charcoal contains oven 40 for carbonisation, drying kiln 30, generator for high-temperature steam 60, deodorisation oven 70 and a surplus heat boiler 80. Carbonisation oven 40 is equipped with a cylindrical shell, which has a cylindrical part with a rotating paddle and is fitted with a lot of inlet ducts for steam. Carbonisation oven 40 also contains a means of regulating pressure or a means of restriction for regulation of overheated or exhaust steam.
EFFECT: allows for the manufacture of high quality activated charcoal at low expenses.
