FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices of simplifying starting up internal combustion engines at lower ambient temperatures. The internal combustion engine heat state control system incorporates a fan, impeller and fan hydraulic drive coupling, a temperature regulator and a stabiliser of the pressure of oil fed into hydraulic drive coupling. A metal insert is arranged on the hub of one of the fan impellers to interact with the electromagnet fitted on the fan housing and connected via electromagnetic relay with a bimetallic thermal relay arranged on the cylinder head.
EFFECT: additional heating of engine in low-load and idling thanks to the fan operation control.
