FIELD: testing engineering.
SUBSTANCE: material is put into a mould. The material and the mould are loaded through repeated deformation. After repeated deformation, a hard hollow cylindrical cup is impressed into the material up to the height of the sample of the material. The hollow cup is turned about its axis together with the material inside it. The hollow cup is withdrawn from the sample of the material and filled in the same direction. The deformation strain is determined, and from it, the properties of the materials are determined. The device consists of a shift loading mechanism, made in form of a compartment with hard moveable walls, and joined using hinges, and a bottom, made from separate plates, as well as an element for measuring load trajectory, made in form of a rigid hollow thin-walled circular cylindrical cup.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurements.
