SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a terminal and a base station. The terminal comprises: a control information detection section configured to detect downlink allocation information indicating a downlink data resource allocated for each downlink component carrier frequency; a decoding section configured to decode downlink data transmitted in said resource, indicated by the detected downlink allocation information, and a transmission control section configured to transmit a response signal for the decoded downlink data.
EFFECT: maintaining quality of downlink data transmitted in each downlink component frequency band, while reducing downlink allocation control information overhead.
