SUBSTANCE: device contains main casing (1), which is connected with channel of cold water supply and connected with additional element (3), which covers the surface of main casing (1) for formation of some volume of liquid circulation, in which main casing has thermal inertia that is less than thermal inertia of aluminium, at that mentioned additional element (3) contains heating electric resistance (2), which has been applied by method of screen print on its surface that is opposite to the surface located opposite to this main casing (1).
EFFECT: device has low thermal inertia.
