SUBSTANCE: mouth-gag contains two interconnected arches. The arches bear one-armed levers teeth- and palate-supported, including soft palate, and tongue depressor. Tongue depressor is equipped with positioner. Positioner includes gear rack and spring-loaded stopper Support levers are oval-looped. Loops are ring-shaped suspended on arch. Arch ends are jammed on depressor positioner case. It is installed on depressor gear rack; there is tubular optical path mounted in depressor central longitudinal riffle. Optical path is axis-rotated and longitudinally fed. The second arch adjoins ring-shaped arch, is fixed on ring-shaped arch and provides closure of support oval loops in working position.
