FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: small intestine microcirculation disorders are studied through laser Doppler flowmetering. Thus against experimental peritonitis model, modification of haemodynamic small intestine microcirculation indicators shows local stage of enteral insufficiency: vasomotions 300 to 380%, vascular tone 450 to 500%, respiratory fluctuations 185 to 210%, pulse fluctuations 95 to 115.5%, rheological factor 78 to 85%, "ИФМ" 1.3 to 1.7%. Universal stage of enteral insufficiency: vasomotions 320 to 345 %, vascular tone 450 to 485%, respiratory fluctuations 200 to 232%, pulse fluctuations 120 to 145%, rheological factor 70 to 90%, "ИФМ" 1.2 to 1.6%. Universal stage of enteral insufficiency detected indicates high risk of forecasted purulent-septic complications.
EFFECT: way provides early experimental forecasting of peritonitis extensive peritonitis postoperative complications and well-timed prescription of complex urgent medical measures.
