METHOD OF DIAGNOSING DISORDER OF MICROCIRCULATION OF SMALL INTESTINE IN PATIENTS WITH DIFFUSE PERITONITIS Russian patent published in 2012 - IPC A61B5/26 A61B8/06

Abstract RU 2457778 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and is intended for estimation of state of small intestine microcirculation in patients with diffuse peritonitis. Laser Doppler flowmetry with determination of M(skin), Cv(skin). Skin sensor of laser blood flow analyser is installed on external surface at the level of upper third of forearm. Index of intestine microcirculation is calculated by formula: M(intestine)=25.68+0.82M(skin)-0.18Cv(skin), where M(intestine) is parameter of intestine microcirculation, perfusion units, M(skin) is parameter of skin microcirculation, perfusion units, Cv(skin) coefficient of variation, %. If M(intestine) value is 18 perfusion units and higher, microcirculation of intestine is considered to be satisfactory. If M(intestine) value is 17-15 perfusion units, disorders of intestine microcirculation of medium severity are determined. If value of M(intestine) is lower than 15 perfusion units, severe disorders of intestine microcirculation are diagnosed.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase accuracy of determination of small intestine microcirculation indices due to determination of contribution of active components of changes in microcirculation in post-operation period by non-invasive analysis.
